What Readers Have to Say

I recently (2-3 years ago) implemented Erin Botsford’s “Seven Figure Firm” strategies in my practice and the results have been nothing short of transformational! What I appreciate most is that this isn’t another teaser book trying to upsell me into expensive coaching programs (though I am part of hers because it’s reasonable and still not a coaching program but a “here’s how you do it” program)- she actually shares her exact blueprint for success with specific, actionable systems that allowed her to build a nearly $1 billion AUM practice. Her GRID™ asset allocation system immediately differentiated me from competitors still using pie charts. At the same time, her psychological insights on working with couples (seating the woman at the head of the table!) dramatically improved my closing ratio. Following her “Blocks Plan” approach helped me overcome client resistance to portfolio changes, and implementing her systems for client experience has turned my clients into raving fans. Most importantly, her wisdom about building a self-managing business through proper team development has given me back precious time while increasing revenue. The revised edition provides even more practical, no-nonsense guidance on leveraging your team to create a business that can thrive without your day-to-day involvement. If you want to build a truly sustainable seven-figure advisory practice, this book gives you everything you need to follow her proven path to success!

This is a truly excellent book for advisors because it explains in the utmost detail exactly what it takes to succeed with thorough steps and procedures fully explained. Many other such books give encouragement and positive outlook but not the same attention to the precise actions, which when carried out, will lead to successful outcomes every time. Her differentiation between a single advisor and a truly full business model with all parts coordinated is another invaluable topic that is covered quite fully. Her personal stories of what seemingly insurmountable obstacles she faced and how she overcame them make this reading all the more inspirational.

What sets Erin apart is not just her impressive experience, but the generous investment of her time and energy into those of us who are learning from her. Her advisor training program has helped me tremendously—giving me tools, strategies, and a mindset shift that have already made a real impact on my business.
This book is a must-read for any advisor looking to scale with purpose and integrity. Erin’s wisdom and willingness to share what she’s learned are truly a gift to our profession.

I’ve been working with Erin for over two years now. I ready her first edition of Seven Figure Firm then, and this new edition with its extra information is so worth the time to read. She gives an attainable formula for success, starting with our belief mindset. I’m so proud to be a member of her coaching group and have resources like this book to help make my practice and myself be the best we can be!

Erin has given great insight into how she built her firm. It has made me rethink how I think about and want to run my business. I have already started to see results from using her methods, they work. I would highly recommend this book and Erin’s program to any advisor, new to the business or 29 years in like myself.

An incredible book for financial advisors. It’s basically a condensed version of her Elite Advisor System that she sells for several thousand, which is great value as well.
I wish I had this book when I started out. It’s easy to understand with great insights into marketing, conducting client presentations, closing clients, and building out your team.
